Muhaksan Mountain

It has the name of Muhaksan Mountain as it resembles the pose of a hak (crane) just about to western slope of the mountain faces Gwangryeosan Mountain and presents steep slope, but the east is covering the Masan City.
The north hill faces Cheonjusan Mountain of Changwon and presents relaxed slope to spread Ducheokgol and Engjibatgol.
The south hill comes down to Mannaljae through Daegoksan Mountain, and its western tip is flowing to Dae Mountain.

How to reach the peak
There are 2 courses; one from the Sanbok Road that passes by Gyobang-dong that is a paved road course, and the course to east hill through Seohaksa passing by the mountain stream from the entrance. It takes about 30 minutes to the parking lot. Walk along the valley path from the parking lot to the mouth of Muhak Waterfall for about 30 minutes, and you will face the climbing path to Seomajigi along the right ridge. ¡¡¡¡¡¡ There is the path to east hill from Seomajigi through Seohaksa, and it only takes 5 minutes from Seomajigi to the summit. Both courses require about 1 hour and 50 minutes.
Hakbong Course
There is a climbing path if you go up about 15 minutes from the entrance of Seowongok. Then you will see Anbu after 5 minutes, and climb the slope for about 30 minutes to Hakbong. You will see south hill when you keep on walking up along the ridge. It takes about 20 minutes to the peak, and the total time required will be abut 2 hours and 10 minutes.
There are many paths since the mountain is located in the rear of the downtown. There is a course to the peak from Jungli Station along northeast hills, which take about 2 hours and 30 minutes, and another one from Mannaljae to south hill to pass Daegok Mountain to the peak, which takes about 2 hours. Also, there is a course that passes by Seongji Girl's High School to Wanwol Waterfall to the south hill, and from the back of Masan Girl's Middle School around the hillside of Bonghwa Mountain, through Seomajigi to the peak.
